We had a wonderful stay at Denis Hotel in Tbilisi! The receptionist, Nina, was helpful and made our experience even better. The housekeepers were kind and the breakfast provided a good variety. Easter at the hotel was a memorable experience. the breakfast selection was decent and provided a good variety of cooked options. the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions.

There were a few factors that could be improved upon. One downside was the presence of a persistent smoke smell in the room and hallway which was unpleasant.

The staff was amazing, especially Nina and Habib who were very helpful during our 10-day stay. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and we had no complaints about the facilities. Breakfast had a good variety of vegetarian options and the quality of the food was great. The location was very convenient, and we appreciated the lobby on every floor.
